To Join the QNS:<\/em> Download, print out, fill in and sign the QNS Membership Form<\/a> (this is a fillable PDF file) and send it to the QNS mailbox, along with the subscription funds to cover your requested membership category. You can e-mail membership questions and enquiries to the Secretary<\/a>. Any questions you are unsure of or unable to fill in please leave blank. All personal information supplied to the QNS will be held in confidence and not sold or passed on to third parties without your express consent.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
